Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
