Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering advice and helping customers select suitable products.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as various brand and in-store training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions according to cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

• Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
• Exceptional customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
