Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training programs.
- Prepare product displays within designated areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases at the cash register following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
