Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering advice and helping customers select suitable products.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University basic training and exams, as well as various brand and regional trainings.
- Prepare product displays in assigned areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week, and eight-hour workdays.
