Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and selection assistance to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to gain product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases at the cash register following standard operating procedures.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.

No specific experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer service is essential.
