Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and in-store training sessions to gain product knowledge.
• Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
• Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Assist store management in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
