Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
  • Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products while adhering to company grooming and uniform standards.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University basic training, brand and regional training sessions, and in-store training.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in assigned areas.
  • Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
  • Excellent customer service awareness.
  • Strong communication and stress management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, with two days off per week.
