Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a retail corner within El Corte Inglés in Granada.
  • Drive sales and achieve targets by managing KPIs and sales indicators.
  • Foster a dynamic and engaging customer experience.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
  • Participate in the expansion project of the retail sector.
  • Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
  • Experience in retail or cosmetics sector.
  • Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry.
