Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a 1,500-hour vocational programme combining 510 hours of classroom instruction, 150 hours of personal study and 840 hours of in-store internship within an LVMH Maison partner.
- Participate in Master Classes, store visits and practical workshops delivered by LVMH sales experts to develop luxury sales techniques and client experience know-how.
- Provide direct client service and support sales teams during the in-store internship: clienteling, product demonstrations, and customer follow-up.
- Take part in role-plays, assessments and evaluation exercises designed to measure commercial aptitude and customer-service skills.
- Apply theoretical learning to retail operations: merchandising basics, store standards, and point-of-sale procedures under the supervision of Maison mentors.
Qualifications
- Italian Laurea Triennale (Bachelor’s degree) or internationally equivalent first-cycle degree.
- Currently unemployed candidates are eligible (programme targeted at job seekers).
- Excellent command of Italian and English at C1 level.
- Basic knowledge of a third language — preferably Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean or Arabic.
- Strong interest in luxury goods, beauty and high-end customer service.

No prior professional experience required; first professional experience or previous retail internships are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Italian Laurea Triennale (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent.
