Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of exclusive fragrance brands to maximize sales and ensure optimal stock management.
- Communicate strategic plans effectively across 21 markets, ensuring project execution and brand development.
- Enhance and optimize product assortments and oversee monthly budget tracking.
- Recommend product discontinuations and participate in pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with Revenue Growth Management.
- Forecast new product launches and manage cross-category projects to enhance category visibility and performance.
- Assist in standardizing operational practices across the UK and EU markets, including data sharing and implementation of brand animations.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing with a strong understanding of the fragrance or broader cosmetics industry.
- International profile with fluency in English.
