Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of exclusive fragrance brands to maximize sales and ensure optimal stock management.
  • Communicate strategic plans effectively across 21 markets, ensuring project execution and brand development.
  • Enhance and optimize product assortments and oversee monthly budget tracking.
  • Recommend product discontinuations and participate in pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with Revenue Growth Management.
  • Forecast new product launches and manage cross-category projects to enhance category visibility and performance.
  • Assist in standardizing operational practices across the UK and EU markets, including data sharing and implementation of brand animations.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing with a strong understanding of the fragrance or broader cosmetics industry.
  • International profile with fluency in English.
