Role & Responsibilities
- Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as per Sephora standards.
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping.
- Handle returns and exchanges positively.
- Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
- Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
- Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
- Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stock and storage areas.
- Execute daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.
- Communicate supply needs to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with sample policies and store safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience as a cashier is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
