Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies for Sephora's core campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver engaging, youth-centric campaigns aligned with regional guidelines and local consumer preferences.
  • Manage the annual calendar for animation activations, China-focused festival campaigns, and BPS commercial campaigns.
  • Oversee IMC planning and execution, collaborating with creative teams and merchandising for product selling points.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.
  • Lead the development of China-market tailored festival campaigns, leveraging consumer insights for campaign concepts.
  • Design integrated IMC amplification strategies and align cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
  • Oversee project delivery and agency management, setting clear campaign objectives and managing budgets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or campaign management, preferably in multinational, luxury retail, or agency settings.
  • Proven expertise in brand communication strategy, omnichannel integrated marketing, and project management.
  • Strong accountability, independent problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and consumer experiences.
  • Trend-aware and agile with professional English proficiency, including excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields preferred.
