Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, assess needs and deliver personalised product and service recommendations in line with Sephora standards.
  • Drive sales and loyalty by proposing relevant merchandising, cross-sell and add-on services.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s positioning and customer-care ethos.
  • Participate in promotional events, in-store activations and commercial challenges to meet targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, stock replenishment and a tidy, inviting sales floor.
  • Follow the apprenticeship training plan and apply learning on the sales floor; collaborate closely with store teams and managers.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) with a focus on sales, aesthetics/cosmetics or equivalent qualification.
  • Eligible and motivated to enrol in a Bac+2 (or higher) programme via an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
  • Strong client-service orientation and a genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability and a drive to meet collective targets.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Entry-level / beginner: no prior professional experience required. Suitable for recent graduates or candidates seeking an apprenticeship; prior retail or customer-service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) in sales, aesthetics/cosmetics or equivalent; candidate must be prepared to pursue a Bac+2 (or equivalent) qualification through an alternance/apprenticeship programme.
