Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, provide personalised product advice and build long-term customer relationships.
- Drive sales through tailored recommendations of Sephora products and services, meeting store commercial objectives and participating in promotional campaigns.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of service and beauty expertise.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, shelf replenishment and store presentation to ensure an engaging retail environment.
- Participate actively in store events, commercial challenges and team briefings to support business targets.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and assist with basic stock management tasks.
- Engage in the prescribed apprenticeship training pathway and apply learning on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate (vocational) in sales and/or esthetics, or equivalent secondary-school diploma.
- Committed to enrolling in a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma via alternance and available for the full apprenticeship schedule.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Motivated, resilient and results-driven with enthusiasm for retail and beauty.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
- Legal eligibility to undertake an apprenticeship contract in France.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position; no previous professional retail experience required. Candidates should demonstrate an interest in cosmetics and a willingness to learn through hands-on training and the formal alternance programme.
Education
Baccalaureate (vocational) in sales and/or esthetics preferred; candidate must be preparing (or willing to prepare) a Bac+2 diploma via alternance.
