Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering advice and helping customers select suitable products.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as various brand and in-store training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts per day.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
