Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Sephora's standards.
• Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and in-store training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
• Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

• Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and stress management abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
