Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales and exceed store KPIs through proactive clienteling, product demonstrations and follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards while fostering an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Be reliably scheduled and available for required weekly shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product education; eager to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties.
  • Punctuality, reliable attendance and professionalism in customer-facing situations.

Experience
