Sephora Poznań seeks a Part-Time Beauty Consultant at Posnania to advise clients, drive sales and maintain visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product recommendations and demonstrations based on each client's needs and preferences.
- Execute active selling to achieve individual and store sales targets while promoting a wide range of beauty brands.
- Deliver client service in accordance with the Sephora Attitude standards to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, well-stocked and presentation-led.
- Collaborate with the store team to support store operations, promotions and events, including weekend trading.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within beauty or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and deliver high-quality, consultative service.
- Strong interest and knowledge of beauty products and current trends.
- Flexible availability with commitment to work selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative level of English preferred; makeup application experience is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors, with demonstrated results in achieving sales objectives and building client loyalty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry or retail sales is a plus.
