Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide tailored product recommendations and beauty consultations based on each client's needs and preferences.
• Actively drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
• Deliver service in line with Sephora Attitude standards to build lasting customer relationships and loyalty.
• Maintain merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, well stocked and visually on-brand.
• Collaborate with the retail team on daily operations, store events and product launches; participate in training and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver excellent customer service.
• Genuine interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to collective sales goals.
• Full availability for assigned shifts, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Makeup application experience and communicative English are desirable.

Entry-level position. Candidates with prior retail sales or customer-service experience are preferred; makeup experience is an advantage.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent preferred.
