Role & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance.
• Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
• Prepare product displays in designated areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
