Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations, and helping customers select suitable products.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and in-store training sessions to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in assigned areas, ensuring shelves and drawers are clean.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Outstanding customer service awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and an 8-hour workday.
