Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage product displays in assigned areas, ensuring shelves and drawers are clean.
- Process transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, with two days off per week.
