Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and clear product education.
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and conversion.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming store environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category knowledge to inform client recommendations.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and ensure reliable punctuality and attendance, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrable record of excellent service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and a desire to empower client confidence through product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Team-oriented mindset and comfort working in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and synthesize product information for client-facing conversations.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
