Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and examinations, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to try new challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
