Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as brand and regional training sessions, and in-store training to gain product knowledge.
• Prepare product displays in designated areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week, and eight-hour workdays.

No specific experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer service is essential.
