Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with Sephora's brand philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
  • Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, along with various brand and regional training sessions, to acquire comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Execute cashier duties following standard operating procedures and cash handling processes.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
