Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform while advising customers on suitable products.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and in-store training programs to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness and organization of shelves and drawers.
- Execute cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
- Assist store management in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
