Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform presentation, offering expert advice and product recommendations.
• Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand-specific and in-store training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
• Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
• Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures and cash handling processes.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
