Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
  • Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining company standards for appearance and uniform.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions.
  • Manage product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

  • Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
  • Excellent customer service awareness.
  • Strong communication and stress management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and an eight-hour workday.
