Beauty Advisor
Sephora Wuhan is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor to deliver makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations and drive store sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations in line with Sephora service standards, ensuring a superior customer experience and high satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and executing sales techniques in accordance with company policies.
- Perform cashiering duties following cash handling SOPs, apply promotions and CRM procedures accurately, and support overall store cash security.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards within assigned areas: replenish stock, keep shelves and testers clean, and execute seasonal/promotional displays.
- Manage stock operations including receiving, returns, cycle counts and FIFO control to ensure inventory accuracy and minimise shrinkage; adhere to 5S warehouse practices.
- Complete required brand and company training, participate in in-store and regional training sessions, share product knowledge with colleagues and contribute to team development.
- Comply with hygiene rules, company policies and store procedures; undertake additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Passion for cosmetics, beauty and fashion; strong personal presentation consistent with brand standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to work collaboratively within a sales team.
- Ability to follow SOPs, maintain hygiene standards and adhere to company policies.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing retail or beauty advisory experience preferred; prior achievement of sales targets or KPI-driven performance advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics/beauty is a plus.
