Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert advice and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand-specific and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
