Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
