Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultation and product selection to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring shelves and drawers are clean and organized.
- Execute cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
