Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform while offering product consultations.
• Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following established cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
