Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to offer relevant advice.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.
