Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and other brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage product displays in assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.
