Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, providing expert consultation to customers.
• Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness and organization of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist store management in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in retail or customer service is advantageous.
