Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, providing consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
• Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are maintained in pristine condition.
• Execute cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
