Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
  • Participate in and complete foundational training and assessments at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
  • Execute cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
