Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
• Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
• Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
