Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
  • Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions, to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Perform cashier duties by following cash handling procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
