Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
• Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products while adhering to company guidelines on appearance and uniform.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand-specific training sessions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Assist store managers in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

• Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
• Exceptional customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.
