Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exemplary customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
