Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training programs and other brand-specific training sessions.
- Ensure product displays are well-maintained and shelves are clean.
- Process transactions following cash register procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
