Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining the company's image standards.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand-specific training sessions.
- Manage product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, with two days off per week and an eight-hour workday.
