Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on product selection and application.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and brand-specific training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
