Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
• Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining the required appearance and uniform standards.
• Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and regional training programs.
• Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
• Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
• Excellent customer service awareness.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, with two days off per week, and eight-hour workdays.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
