Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organised and welcoming selling environment.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that reflects Sephora’s standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated aptitude for customer service and sales is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
