Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and other brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage designated area by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, with two days off per week, and eight-hour workdays.
