Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailor product recommendations to individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and store targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain an orderly, inviting sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes Sephora’s culture of belonging.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts, and meet required weekly hours.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting.
  • Passion for beauty, current trends and product application.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
  • Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual with consistent attendance.
  • Availability to work part-time hours (15–29 hours per week) including peak retail periods.

Experience
